General Terms of Sale

Our flower bulbs are packed with the utmost care and will be delivered to your address. You will receive an e-mail with track & trace code to trace your package.

Terms of sale 

• Article 1. Shipping
  We will ship all spring flowering bulbs as of September. The summer flowering bulbs will be shipped in April.
• Article 2. Shipping costs
  prices are based per box. if box amount exceeds the cost of a pallet we will charge the pallet price.
• Article 3. Cancellation
  If you want to cancel your order, you will have to send an e-mail confirming your cancellation to info@texelbol.com within 5 working days after the receipt of your order confirmation. If by then, we did not ship your order yet, it will be cancelled without any further charges. However, if by then, we already shipped your order, you will have to pay the packing and shipping charges.
• Article 4. Prices
  All our prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping charges are not included, but are calculated separately. We reserve the right to adjust prices if necessary.
• Article 5. Availability
  Flower bulbs are natural products for which TEXELBOL is dependent on our crop.. Despite careful planning, it might occur that certain varieties are no longer available. In this case, we reserve the right to substitute the variety with a similar one of equal value.
• Article 6. Complaints and responsibility
  After receipt of your order, you are obliged to check if it is complete and correct. If this is not the case, you should inform TEXELBOL about it in writing via the email address info@texelbol.com  within 2 working days. While we guarantee all varieties to be true to name, we cannot in any way be held responsible for planting or flowering of the crop.

By placing orders buyers are to agree with these terms.
